Mô tả công việc


Responsible for checking and completing documents such as SI, issuing bills of loading, Submitting AMS/ ACI/ E-MNF, and ISF forms …. to the agents and the clients on time, as well as recording and handling import and export shipments on the system as normally.

  • Collecting, and verifying suppliers’ invoices, updating exact costs on the System in duties, making payment proposals to the accountant team on time as per the policy of the company and carriers, and sending debit notes to the client as a duty.
  • Sending final documents, tracking, and updating the status of the document to the related parties of the shipment such as the handling agents and the clients as well as maintaining records and documents according to archival regulations.
  • Coordinating with other departments (Nominated Capsule of Manager’s assignment) to solve problems quickly before and during order processing.
  • Checking and notifying the goods situation and updating the parties related to the shipment timely and flexible as regulated. 
  • Supporting the implementation of process improvement and client development plans, aiming for cost savings and/or revenue enhancement for the Company.
  • Ensure the latest Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) is fully implemented, and that any change to the operation is communicated and included in the SOP/Internal Operation Procedure (IOP) of respective service providers.
  • Saving all documents based on standard processes of Operation Dept.
  • Joining full training lessons which are organized or nominated by the Manager or BOD.
  •  Maintain healthy working relationships with client local/regional/global offices and client’s suppliers.
  •  Responsible for the pending tasks on holiday, day-off, or handover to colleagues as per the Manager’s instruction.
  •  Supporting the manager in training and advising difficult tasks on the team on time.
  • Sharing and taking notes on all the key studies in the daily tasks of team.
  • Being a pioneer in new accounts and difficult shipments.
  • Other tasks are requested by the Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 2 years of experience as a document clerk for Logistic and Forwarder companies
- Graduated from College or higher in fields related to economics, import-export, logistics management, shipping economics, marketing...
- Working hours: Monday to Friday - Morning: 8:00 - 12:00 - Afternoon: 13:30 - 17:30
