- Handling all job as one-stop service teller : Opening Account, Deposit, Inward & Outward Remittance, Credit Card, Internet banking, International payment, support VIP customer
- Participate all types of banking products introduction such work with Relationsip Manager for loan increament
- Report all overall tasks and quality of work & business
- Double check daily transaction and support other staff to fulfil their duties
- Check, verify and approve daily transaction in system
- Check and reconcile transaction history reported by staff and give instructions to solve surplus and shortage of money
- Cooperate with other departments to process transaction smoothly
- Report to manager any concerns during performance
- Represent the bank to contact/ consult customers relating to above mentioned services and other assigned activities of marketing
