Support company operations and handle administrative tasks in the following aspects:
• General Office administration
• Control documentation filing, inventory and storing in the office
• Control office supplies and manage and coordinate suppliers
• Control invoices of the company, follow up on collection of VAT invoices and filing.
• Prepare and submit for approval to the management payment requests.
• Book airlines tickets and accommodation for business travelling, and oversea visitors arrangement.
• Perform HR related activities in the company, such as recruitment, preparation for new employees (training, disseminating employee manual…).
• Prepare roasters and control annual leave and other type of leave
• Follow up on labor contracts and performance evaluation process
• Education: University or College major in Economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good oral & written communication skill in English and Vietnamese and Chinese (Mandarin is compulsory and Cantonese is plus)
• Good communication skills
• Having experience in the similar position (priority)
