Mô tả công việc

- Build & maintain the relationship with distributor (SD/CD) and key customers. And be the connection among SD/CD with sub-distributors (PSDs)
- Communicate all the related information from Total to distributor and vice versa, and make sure communicate well(verbally & written) to avoid any confusion
- Suggest & work with distributor to identify the right sales program at the right time and control the Business Development Fund (BDF) budget spending effectively & efficiently
- Review & control the BDF signage spending of distributor to make sure it is implemented properly and efficiently
- Align with SD/CD/PSD on the sales strategy of each year which is in line with Total sales & marketing strategy
- Maintain, recruit & build the PSD network by regularly analysis their performance, and give the right action plan to correct if there is any negative trend
- Coordinate effectively with other departments e.g. marketing, business service, retail… to make sure all programs should be implemented properly( MTZ, signage, marketing campaign, KAI, loyalty program…)
- Support SD/CD/PSD in recruitment & training of their DSRs when needed
- Coaching & mentoring the Distributor Sales Rep (DSR) of SD/CD/PSD on field to make sure they will be capable to their job well
- Push & follow up to sign the tri party contract with PSD annually
- Develop & maintain the DMS routes of all DSRs of SD/CD
- Work on field regularly with DSR and visit the outlets & market in the assigned region
- Ensure the performance of MTZ system referring to the display, all SKUs availability & committed sales volume
- Collect market & competitor information with clear evidences and data must be analysis (not only raw data)
- Commit to the KPIs of company e.g. number of new outlets selling Total products, number of new MTZ, sales volume…
- Be responsible to prepare the sales reports on time (Salsa, monthly review report, inventory report)
- Be responsible for the sales forecast accuracy of the respective distributor

Yêu cầu công việc

- University graduate
- At least 4 years sales experienced in multi-nation corporation
- Hard-working, target-oriented. Honest, reliable, dependable & conscientious. Successfully building positive relationship with customers & colleagues. Upholding a high standard of ethical and personal conduct
- Trouble shooting problems
- Good English and Vietnamese communication
