1. Robbing part
• Manage parts flow from warehouse to production line
• Manage robbing plan and solve all the missing part problems for production line
• Manage all group members, equipment operation
• Plan for robbing exactly and timely
• Coordinate with internal and external warehouse supervisor for robbing plan and stock level management
2. Maintain quality in warehouse field
• Train the supplier workers on time for any changes
• Maintain the standard based process control plan in logistics field
• Do internal control audit according to quality requirement
• Make sure the quality of CKD storage are in good condition; reduce the damage of MBV property
3. Claims
• Actual check problems of each parts that will be claimed; Make NCP report with detail explanation for each trouble; Make daily, monthly and yearly reports
• Ensure the replacement parts be received in time and all the parts are robbed in time.
4. Others
• Create PR for order the replacement parts and send to LOC; Collect and calculate cost of order parts; Make monthly and yearly reports
• Propose the improvement solution in the way Fast and easy frequently
• Implement the improvement suggestion from supervisor
• Keep continuous improvement on making new tools for convenience using in workplace.
