- Based in HCMC, the BDM will be responsible for developing new & extension businesses in the EMI (Energy, Mining and Infrastructure), Education & Hospitality sectors for Vietnam. He will be required to develop an aggressive sales strategy and action plan to achieve monthly and annual sales & business targets for a new and existing business.
1. Required Work Experience:
o At least 5 Years of consultative sales experience B2B (Corporate Customer) in Banking / Insurance / Hospitality / Apartment Leasing
o Significant experience required within and selling to the Oil, Gas and Mining Industry, Education & Hospitality Sector with a heavy emphasis on cross-border solutions.
o Experience working with and directing expert/medical professionals.
2. Required Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales & Marketing, or its equivalent.
3. Required Skills/Knowledge:
o Strong Sales hunter instinct, drive, and determination with a proven track record in business development activities selling complex B2B solutions to multinational companies, schools or hospitality in a fast moving, global 24/7 environment.
o Strong consultative and selling solution business knowledge, preferably in Energy, Mining, Infrastructure, Education & Hospitality sector.
o Results driven with a high passion, drive, and motivation.
o Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making capabilities.
o Networking skills. Ability to collaborate, co-operate and communicate effectively within a demanding, culturally diverse, matrix organization.
o Ability to work independently, anticipate and react to frequently changing the business climate
o Excellent communications; able to deliver client presentations with ease and flair.
o Persuasive, articulate and able to work with and influence people at all levels, nationalities, and personalities.
o International exposure and mindset, combined with cultural sensitivity and effectiveness in a multicultural environment.
