Assist and support Head of HR Efficiency cum Compensations and Benefits (C&B) in the C&B operation to ensure effective, accurate and timely compensation for employees. Improve work effectiveness through improving work processes.
1. C&B Operation: Ensure accurate and timely processing of:
- Prepare the monthly payroll for staff (including bonuses, allowances, 13th salary and other payment: OT, gifts, etc.).
- Prepare the SHUI report (for whole process from employees started date till employees resigned date).
- Prepare the monthly PIT, PIT Finalization.
- Prepare the labor contract for employees.
- Check & input employee’s database, periodically update.
- Feedback all question from employees related to C&B.
2. C&B report:
- Prepare and manage all the daily/weekly/monthly HR report.
- Assist Head of C&B in analysis the data and expenses.
- Assist Head of C&B in participating in salary and benefits survey.
- Assist Head of C&B in periodically budgets preparation & control.
3. Policy & procedure:
- Periodically review C&B policy in compliance with legal/law.
- Assist in regularly improving C&B procedure in compliance with company procedure.
4. HR System:
- Participate in HR system improvement when applicable (drafting user requirements, UAT testing, putting into life in line with C&B processes and guideline)
- Support HR team in HR event.
- Support Head of C&B and CHRO in HR project.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Head of HR Efficiency cum C&B and CHRO
Qualification & experience
- University degree.
- Basic knowledge on consumer finance industry.
- At least 5 years’ experience in C&B field.
- Strong knowledge of labor regulation and HR practice.
- English fluently in written and communication.
