* Manage all HR jobs, including:
- Recruitment, training, orientation for new staff & development HR systems
- Compute monthly payroll for expatriates and VN staffs to ensure they are timely, accurate and compliant with legal regulations and company procedures.
- Complete monthly/anually Personal Income Tax declaration for employees and expatriates. Contact Tax Authorities for new issues of PITand inform to employees promptly.
- Make monthly/periodically internal payroll report/ costing report and Social Insurance other statutory reports for relevant authorities;
- Handle HR operations and benefits administration including medical insurance as well as expatriatess benefits administration;
- Develop and implement C&B Policies, improve HR policy, etc...
- Discipline violation processing for employee.
- Manage staff database, employees private data system and filling . Make labour contract, overtime database;
- Prepare data for annual salary review, performance evaluation, promotion programs, etc.
- Prepare annual budget, including regular monitoring, reporting and adjust the budget;
- Advise GM/GD in taking difficult decisions in the area of compensation, benefits and motivation of employees.
- Other assignment as required;
- University graduate in related fields, prỉoity for major related to HRM
- At least 2-3years working experience.
- Expert user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experience in working with HR Management system
- Good communication skill & customer-oriented
- Good at English both speaking & writing
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressue and tough dealines
- Good at numerical reasoning and logical thinking
- High sense of reponsibility in confidential matter.
- Mature, careful and result-oriented
- HR Local Law knowlege, deep knowledge about Labor code, Insuance, PIT and other Law and regulation relating to HR Field
- Knowlege of ISO 9001 is preferable.
