• Coordinate/Manage activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities of Guardian store by out-source.
• Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its.
• Manage plan and administer the services related to the procurement and maintenance by Assistant GCM.
• Provide consultative services in respect to leasing for Guardian store.
• Manage the maintenance plan; repair all Guardian assets in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Prepare the annual estimates and budget input for operation, construction and maintenance requirements
• Other duties assigned by line manager.
