The Creative Manager is responsible for planning, development and implementation of all creative aspects of Häfele’s marketing strategies; inclusive of marketing communications, public relations activities, sales publication & design, and e-commerce both externally and internally. This position shall drive marketing strategies and operations that impact and strengthen Häfele’s brand and to drive sales.
This position shall assist Marketing Manager/ Assistant Marketing Manager in the creation and implementation of a strategic, multi-faceted communications program designed to build and strengthen Häfele’s brand as a market leader. This position also devises program guidelines and policies, oversee implementation process, and provide quality control for communications programs, media activities, digital marketing and special events.

***Description of Key Responsibilities / Trách Nhiệm Chính:
Creative Marketing Strategy
Work with General Manager Sales & Marketing, Marketing Manager/ Assistant Marketing Manager, and different stakeholders to develop and maintain a strategic perspective based on marketplace and constituent needs and satisfaction in corporate direction, program and services, and decision-making; and ensure the overall health and vitality of Häfele. Ensure that Häfele’s philosophy, mission, vision, values are pertinent and practiced throughout the Company.
Develop annual marketing communications strategy for each product category, for all Häfele & Häfele-distributed products and services.
Develop and coordinate means to seek regular input from Häfele’s key constituencies regarding the quality of programs and services and Häfele’s relevance.
Build relationship with customers and thought leaders that can be positively impact marketing strategy.
Formulate and administer policies to ensure the integrity of Häfele and brand identity.
Act as an internal consultant to bring attention and solutions to institutional priorities.
Marketing Communication, Publication & Design
Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the Häfele’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications; and all Häfele marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials including publications, media relations, client acquisition.
Ensure articulation of Häfele’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Häfele, and assure communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external.
Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all Häfele publications.
Coordinate media interest in Häfele and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
Act as Häfele’s representative with the media.
Coordinate the appearance of all Häfele’s print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
Develop, coordinate and oversee programs, technical assistance and resource materials to assist chapters in the marketing, communications and positioning of their activities.
Provide counsel to chapters on marketing, communications, digital marketing and public relations.
Ensure that Häfele’s regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity.
Leads projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events.
Develop an online business strategy in collaboration with product and marketing strategy. The strategy sets out the products Häfele will offer online, prices and policies. It also identifies the target market for the eCommerce initiative to develop marketing campaigns to attract more visitors and increase online sales.
Site Development: work with designers, website developers/ digital marketers and content providers, such as copywriters and photographers, to create or improve the eCommerce site. Ensure that the site is easy to use and navigate, and that it includes all the functions that visitors need to select, order and pay for products. Keep up to date with Web technology, introducing additional functionality, such as product videos, to enhance the site.
Security: work with payment providers to develop payment mechanisms that are secure and that protect customers’ personal details when they pay by debit or credit card. Ensure that any stored customer data is secure against threats from cyber criminals. A high level of system security is also essential to prevent attacks that might disrupt service to customers.
Site Maintenance: check site content and systems regularly to ensure that they are working properly. Monitor site metrics, such as time for Web pages to load, total numbers of site visitors, and visitors by product or page. Analyze the information and recommend changes to improve performance.
Site metrics also help to develop or recommend marketing programs to increase sales. Analyze metrics, such as the number of visitors who just browse, rather than place orders. Identify products that took increased revenue following a promotion, or products where sales declined following a price increase. Work with marketing colleagues to create campaigns that improve search engine rankings, increase traffic to the site and strengthen customer loyalty.
Planning & Budgeting
Responsible for the achievement of marketing/communications/public relations mission, goals and financial objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives and report progress to the Management.
Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
Recommend short- and long-term goals and objectives to the Management.
Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing/communications/public relations function.
Keep informed of developments in the fields of marketing, communications and public relations, not-for-profit management and governance, and the specific business of Häfele and use this information to help Häfele operate with initiative and innovation.
Maintain a climate that attracts, retains and motivates top quality personnel, both full-time and temporary employees.
Recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop, promote and guide qualified personnel, both paid and volunteer.
Ensure effective management within the marketing, communications and public relations function, with provision for succession.
Design, support and oversee cross-functional teams throughout the Häfele.
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or business administration or equivalent number of years of experience. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Five (05) years of related experience with progressive management experience.
Experience / Kinh nghiệm
