* Position Summary:
- This position is responsible for providing support in the various CRM, Marketing, Cash-functions of Store
* Main Job Functions:
* Customer Service
- Develop a close relationship and trust with the customer with a smile, a hello, an impeccable posture and a trade attitude (inform and guide the customer in the store)
- Listen and record customer questions
- Relay the news of the store with customers (loyalty, promo schemes, events …)
- Promote, explain loyalty programs
* Cashier activities
- Make the returning bills if any by scanning the items and in following the return procedures
- Control cash drawer, cash handover among shifts and to Admin accounting,
- Manage cashiers effectively the flow of products by a quick payment of all purchases and help the customer to bagging in case before the receipt
* Staff management
- Provide for the organization of working time based on customer flows and compliance with legal rules for your team (cashiers, cleaners, delivery man, and security man)
- Supervise the work of your team on the following tasks: speed of payment, customer relations, cleanliness, service standard, shelving, facing, etc. to make sure best service
- Develop team spirit and conviviality in store
- To assist the Store Manager in managing whole service activities of store. Other jobs assigned by Line Manager and will be discussed during interview.
- Education: graduated from College/University
- Software skills: Excel, Power point, Word, HR software
- English :good communication
- Having 3 years experience in CRM/ Marketing, FMCG, Hospitality
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong/ tactful interpersonal skills
- Quick-minded, strong problem-solving skills
- Be calm, good listener & patience
- Negotiation & Persuasion Skills
- Good observation skills
