Mô tả công việc

To form part of our team of experts in Ho Chi Minh city, we are looking for someone who is energetic, eager to or experienced in handling online orders across every channel.
- Position : Customer Service & Online Coordinator
- Working place: Level 2, Broadway D, 152 Nguyen Luong Bang, District 7, Ho Chi Minh
- Working time : 6h00 Am – 3h00 Pm, Monday – Friday
This role is responsible for TPF Group Customer Support & Online store requirements, handling & managing enquiries from customers in Australia & other locations:
1. Handle online order of customer
- Receive online order from customer; contact and maintain relationships by communicating with customer via email, skype, phone, live chat;
- Assist customers with new orders, order follow ups, payment related issues or invoicing requirements following TPF Group policy;
- Handle order, update and solve all customer’s requirements within required time frames;
- Provide smooth and efficient customer services, including complaints handling, claim adjustment for customer satisfaction;
2. Online store Operations: Website, promotion campaigns and stock management
- Plan, conduct and manage promotions / campaigns to attract customer and increase sale;
- Assist, coordinate with production, purchasing team to ensure stock for shop;
- Manage and update websites: product, price, product description, stock and promotion campaign…
- Input data in internal system (as need be);
- Other tasks assigned by team leader or manager to accomplish the role of an Online Coordinator;

Yêu cầu công việc

Skill and Experience
- Be a great communicator in English: verbally and in writing;
- Have great customer service mindset;
- Be an enthusiastic multi-tasker who can maintain a cool and professional approach even in stressful situations;
- Be a strong team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude and good time management skills;
- Have more than one-year experience in customer service or online shop management or store management or sale coordinator;
Preferential criteria:
- Have a high level of English: live or study abroad, study international program or English speciality;
