Duty and Responsibility:
Customer Service and Sales responsibilities
- Order processing, Order scheduling. Enter SO to SAP
- Key Tools: Quote Register, Sales Register, Scheduling tool for enquiries/quotes and new orders (SAP)
- Key target Market:
1. Contact warehouses to inquire about Shipping Pick lists to invoice.
2. Contact customers as needed to translate.
3. Assist with special projects as assigned.
4. Coordinate with Production to verify ability to fill orders on out-of-stock items.
5. Interaction with Production. Key focuses to generate and maintain sales by having sufficient stock holding available for sale and material availability to produce goods. Keep up to date inventory totals and pre-plan are key.
6. Maintain product price sheets and quote non-catalog items.
7. Interact extensively with the manufacturing, quality, and executive functions of the company in Vietnam, as well as coordinating with the US company on these functions.
8. Provide feedback to management on daily basis.
9. Communicate with new and established customers by phone and email to answer their questions about products, referring technical issues to Engineering when required.
10. Communicate with established customers by phone and email to answer their questions about pending orders.
1. Contact customers on invoices that are 10 days after the due date.
2. Send customers statements & copies of invoices.
3. Trouble shoots short paid invoices.
4. Set up new customers along with approved credit limit after performing credit check.

2. Experience/Desired: Customer service experience, Technical background, Knowledge of fluid transport, experience working 02 years in manufacturing, Knowledge/Interest in stainless steel.
