An international e-learning platform for kids needs a smart, adaptable and passionate educator, with experience creating pacing guides and curriculum in the ESL space. For this role we need a native English speaker who ideally has some direct teaching experience.

You should consider yourself a language assessment & curriculum developer with an education, language or assessment background in areas that include assessment design, TESOL understanding, educational research or relevant topics—ideally for kids aged 5-12. Plus, you need to be adapt at using the computer programs typical to do this kind of work.
The types of things youll work on include: Analyzing scope and sequence of curriculum lines Designing item types for lesson plans, homework, video script, assessments and writing test plans Writing and reviewing tests Supporting the implementation of pilot studies and field tests
