VIG is seeking a potential candidate for HR Manager Position of a Retail & Entertainment Company which VIG is investing.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the recruiting process, fostering and maintaining employee relationships through coaching, advising and negotiating in conflict situations, and assisting in organizational effectiveness efforts. This role will deliver HR solutions in a number of key areas, such as recruitment and hiring, internal movement, employee relations, performance management, labor law compliance, HR operations, skill development and training.
As a member of a cross functional team, the HR Manager will partner with other members of the HR team and work collaboratively across all levels of management to assist in the implementation of people- related services, HR policies, practices and procedures.
Develop and carry out all HR functions for the company including labor, recruitment, performance management, policy, training, benefits and compensation
o Develop and implement HR policies & procedures in support of the company’s operations.
o Lead preparation of offer letters, employment contracts and other required documents and procedures for new employees; manage all procedures and paperwork related to hiring, probation and termination of employees.
o Control/manage risk management and legal activities related to Human Resource e.g. labor contracts.
o Coordinate with departments to fulfill the human resource demand.
o Manage all compensation related issues, including payment of salaries and filing of personal income tax and other requirements with relevant authorities.
Identify and buy employee health insurance and other benefits.
Develop, implement and manage training program.
Complete staff’s performance review (KPIs) system.
Implement and manage yearly performance review process for office employees.
Develop retention strategy for skilled employees such as promotion guidelines, reward policies, compensation policies, and salary review.
Create a work environment in which people will choose to be motivated, contributing. Make HR become a driver for company’s development and growth.
Develop HR reports as required for the senior management team and Board.
Provide recommendations to senior management on ways to enhance HR at the Company.
Other works required by the CEO.
Working time: 8h - 17h from Monday to Friday
At least 8 years of experience in HR and 5 years in HR management with at least 100 full-time employees.
Prefer candidate who have experience in retail, F&B, service company
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in various work environments
Experience in setting up retention strategies
Strong leadership, strategic thinking and interpersonal skill
Extensive experience in short listing candidates and conducting interviews
BA is required but MBA/MA or overseas graduate is a strong plus
