- Manage & drive Care chemicals business in Vietnam through planning and implementing sales and marketing activities to achieve and/or exceed the agreed sales turnover and CCM1 across identified industries in Home care & Industrial solution ie Emulsion Polymerization, Textile, Agro, Homecare etc.; achieve working capital target, especially in inventory and receivable control.
- Develop and implement appropriate country strategy of Care chemicals to be in-line with Regional strategy to achieve growth for the business.
- Maintain up-to-date market activities and industry trends and turn them into action plans for securing sustainable business performance.
- Develop and manage high level relationship with strategic key accounts.
- Review and improve channel management continuously.
- Develop the Care chemicals team, keep them motivated to deliver their utmost potential by rendering support and develop them by providing marketing skills and expertise to enhance their performance through coaching, providing exposure, development opportunities.
- Act as disciplinary manager for Care chemicals in BASF Vietnam. Keep close contact with Executive Management in BASF Vietnam on the daily operation for Care Chemicals Vietnam and render mutual support accordingly.
- Degree in Chemistry or Commerce.
- Min seven years experiences in sales and marketing, preferred in relevant industries in Homecare or Emulsion Polymerization, Textile , Agro etc. with at least 3 years managerial experience.
- Good knowledge of chemical technical application in relevant industries, Distributor Management. Strong interpersonal, presentation & selling skills.
- Good English and computer skills (MS. Office).
