- To develop, implement, monitor and evaluate communications strategy, including advertising, public relations, graphics and collateral, so as to support the marketing objectives.
- Manage marketing expense and budget
- Work with creative agencies for design, advertising, PR activities
- Supervise brand content, monitor brand performance & the effectiveness of advertising and other marketing activities
- Explore media and partnership opportunities to level up Brand image
- Be responsible for managing the high-standards print production process of brochure/flyers/POSM, supervision of art work flow traffic and manage creative assets for print and digital advertising.
- Manage all print vendor relations and maintaining a production schedule for all marketing materials.
- Be responsible for organizing all event for group, include: planning, budget, event vendor relations, creative concept and supervise schedule/ checklist/ report event.

* Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing.
- Experience: 3-5 year experience as a Marketing Manager
- Preferably candidates with experience in construction, furniture, real estate
- Good management of marketing tools.
- Professional and decisive working style.
- Good communication & staff management skills.
- Having advanced English communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office programs, esp. Excel and PowerPoint.
