** Job Purpose:
Managing all aspects of clients online content platforms and implementing media strategy using wide range of media. Help to promote content across media for both internal and external.
** Scope of Work
- Execute monthly Content plan (write content as per brand guideline and monthly plan)
- Handling media contact and requests
- Propose and conduct Internal communicating activities.
- Assign the internal resources to allocate the content producing and publishing
- Provide script in dealing with customers feedback
- Detect and report on-going crisis for line managers
- Handle brand content to follow Brand Guideline; hence protect the brand image
