*Job description:
- Handle all documentations for shipments.
+Receive and check documents as Logistics demand of Customers
+Prepare documents, make quotation and plan as process.
+Input data into system, follow up KPI.
- Ensure daily operations are completed as per procedures
- Follow up working guideline given by partners, customers
- Coordinate with other sections and oversea partner offices to make sure whose process is properly and smoothly followed.
- Back up jobs for other documentation staffs or OP manager if it is necessary
- Report to Manager about all arising issues.
- Detail of job will be discussed in the interview.
