* Ensuring all company objectives and plans are implemented and achieved.
* Taking the responsible for working closely with Departmental Managers who are responsible for production, engineering and HES in identifying the potential Continuous Improvement and Value Optimization projects
* Suggesting suitable methodologies in executing the same in accordance with company policy and procedure.
* Being responsible for designing of appropriate training infrastructure based on Global Manufacturings Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF)
* Ensuring all the training are delivered and learning implemented towards achieving plants goals and objectives.
* Ensuring all companys processing flows, practices and philosophies are implemented and adhered to, that work is executed within quality standards
