Support Sr. PM in instrument plan for business plan period in term of collecting inputs from different key stakeholders to have proper plan for annual instrument placement and 5 year-out look plan.
Support line manager (Sr.PM) to manage instrument utilization by segment, by instrument group, review monthly on utilization performance, work with sales team to have corrective action plan to improve utilization.
Monitor instrument installation in monthly basis, work closely with logistic and service engineer, application team to ensure installation is on time as plan (forecast, ordering, shipment, inventory, delivery to customer, installation, site’s instrument inventory, instrument traceability). Report / update monthly on installation.
Work with service and logistics on instrument pulled out from customer site to have plan either for re-used instrument or destroyed instrument complied with company SOPs.
Working with services team to ensure all component/ accessories related to instrument are ready /available for installation (i.e software, local supplied items, etc…)
Work with service team to ensure spare part are enough stocked and available for placement. Work with service team to ensure refurbish is manageable and instrument are available for installation.
Develop and update standard checklist by quarterly (if applicable) and upload it in GDC to ensure all items are updated in GDC.
Support Sr.PM and Marketing Manager for instrument pricing strategy, propose instrument price approved as list price/referent price & update it annually if needed. Consult sales team on selling price based on competition and customer analysis.
Develop materials for instrument tender as standard dossier, including configuration, price, technical specification, etc…
In charge for updating on product notification (change, modification, upgrade, etc…) for instrument
Other duties as assigned by the management
• Bachelor or master Degree in Health/Science disciplines
• Multi-national companies experience at similar industry
• At least 2 years’ experience in healthcare sales
• Marketing and business development experience will be a plus
• Conversant in both English and Vietnamese (conversational & writing)
• Good problem solving skills
• Good negotiation skills
