Mô tả công việc

Prepare short and long term manpower forecast for THFC taking into consideration expected growth and new projects, by understanding the business plan and liaising with Functional Heads /Line Managers to translate that into quantifiable headcount requirements.
Review proposal from each company for staffing requirements and make recommendations to Management to either approve or not after undertaking careful analysis of the productivity requirements of the company
Direct the organization’s recruitment activities in order to ensure that the best candidates are selected for each role and that the recruitment process is conducted efficiently, cost effectively and in accordance with company’s policies and standards
Ensure that the organization’s recruitment strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards, including equal employment opportunity, workplace diversity and affirmative action legislation.
Prepare job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the company’s recruitment standards and business needs
Contact candidates, arrange interviews and develop appropriate interviews questions in collaboration with the hiring manager so that interviews are conducted efficiently and fairly.
Select, and manage ongoing relationships with, external recruitment agencies to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment venues so that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the company and its recruitment activities
Conduct employee orientation/induction and introductory training so that new employees are quickly integrated into the company.
Review, recommend and monitor headcount plan and people cost for all companies under TH FC
Evaluate external labor market conditions and internal employee turnover trends in order to recommend changes to the organization’s recruitment and rewards strategies and adapt existing recruitment activities to changing market conditions.
Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or any other related fields.
At least (8) years experience in Human Resources, of which (4) years should be in a similar role within a large organization.
Knowledge of headcount planning and staffing budget
Manpower productivity measurement & analysis.
Knowledge of interviewing, counseling techniques, job analysis and methodologies
Ability to analyze data effectively in order to produce recommendations.
Good communication & negotiation
