3 Job Purpose In charge of scheduling, reception desk & caring services of SUV.
4 Working Relationships Internal: SUV staff
External: SUV students and customers
5 Responsibilities Reception’s tasks
- Perform receptionist’ duty as stated in the Receptionist’s Job description.
Scheduling
- Set up weekly schedule for students and teachers in an efficient way.
- Regularly monitor the booking process to ensure all classes are attended effectively.
- Manage the academic budget and inform Line Manager if there is a potential budget overrun.
Recruitment & Training
- Assist Academic Director in recruiting qualified Receptionist Officer.
- Conduct training & coaching program to equip newcomers with skills & knowledge to perform the tasks efficiently.
- Continuously monitor staff’s performance to intervene and support when necessary.
Staff management
- Manage the performance of each staff, ensuring the result meet targeted KPI.
- Resolve staff conflict
- Develop staff competency to increase the productivity of the team.
Interdepartmental Support
- Work collaboratively with Academic and Admission (Sales) teams to ensure effective and efficient delivery of SUV’s standards of operational procedures.
1 Qualifications College degree or above
2 Experience, Skills and Competencies
a. Experience in customer services.

e. Well-developed presentation and communication skills
3 Language Fluent in English
4 Computer Good at Excel, Microsoft Words, PowerPoint
