- Check and verify supporting documents for outward overseas remittance.
- Ensure that exceptions are authorised/overridden by appropriate authority
- To handle internal/external customers inquiries on daily works.
- Handling customer complaints if any in a prompt time frame or refer/escalate them to the appropriate functions.
- To investigate and clear pending items or discrepancies in Nostro/Sundry/Suspense account as advised by Reconciliation Unit.
- Exchanging and sharing best practice / lessons to the other team members
- To perform any other assignment as required from time to time.
- Able to constantly suggest changes and improve the processes to be more efficient.
- Bachelor degree. Faculty: Foreign Trade
- Minimum 5 years of working experience (overseas outward remittance)
- Have knowledge about FX control / Circular of SBV.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Responsible person and can work independently and able to escalate issues when required.
- Proficient in computer applications word, excel
- Ability to work under pressure and passionate about the job.
