Line Manager: Operation Director

Working time: Restaurant work shift
General Manager: Managing Director
Principal responsibilities:
- Organize work assignments for all employees in the restaurant
- Perform monitoring to ensure all activities of the restaurant are implemented in accordance with standard operation processes issued.
- Execute business activities from the master to details to achieve sales targets and quality of service.
- Organize staff schedules to ensure the operation of the restaurant.
- Organize and control the briefing of the beginning and the end of the shift, and carry out specific tasks in the shift work.
- Organize marketing programs from the Marketing Department.
- Proactively search for customer source.
- Propose marketing programs to promote sales targets.
Employee management
- Coordinate with related departments to implement the recruitment, training, appraisal of employees of restaurant.
- Monitor closely the work of staff to make appropriate adjustments or guidelines to improve the quality of service.
Cost management
- Directly sign cancellation bill, debt bill, discount, gift ...
- Manage costs such as guest reception, electricity, water, telephone, stationery, repair ...
- Submit daily and periodic revenue reports.
Assets Management
- Receive assets from the Company and manage the assets in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
- Proposal to cancel or change the assets and tools that are no longer used.
- Control and suggest market list goods and others for the restaurant.
- Control inventory, import, transfer, using of goods used at the restaurant, ensuring the goods are not lost.
- Monthly inventory report on assets, tools, and goods.
Customer complaints
- Solve and take care customer complaints.
- Record the solution to the Customer Complaint Handbook and report it to line manager.
- Co-ordinate with the related departments to get legal permits related to the restaurant.
- Ensure equipment and tools meet the requirements of government legal such as fire protection equipment, labor safety, …

Gender and ages: Male or Female from 28-40 years old
Work style: Professional style
Education and abilities: At least 3 year experience in similar position in F&B industry
Others: Expat candidates are prioritized.
