Daily sales order processing
• Receive sales order from Customers/ Sales team
• Check stock availability for surely enough stock for sales
• Do proper stock allocation among orders with agreement of Sales team/ Customers
• Input the order in system
Daily order status follow up
• Make sure all orders are issued with no less or extra over the order
• Follow up goods return/ exchange & sample for customer
• Daily tracking the status of order
• Monitor the delivery progress
Monthly task
• Sales update for current month
• Track un-issued deliveries, volume booking to ensure sales closing in time
Ad-hoc task
• Coordinate with Production Department about product priority
• Coordinate with Finance Department about invoice issuing, debt
Customer Services
• In-charge whole customer service
• Provide best service to internal and external customers
• Show polite and helpful attitude
• Answer to customer’s queries about delivery progress, sales discount calculation, general information about company, products …
