Mô tả công việc

This person will be responsible for assisting Sales Manager / Project Leader in direct sales of CapitaLand’s residential properties to customers, ultimately supporting the sales targets of the company.
• Responsible for achieving personal and company’s Sales Target by direct sales of residential properties to customers
• Establish and maintain database of existing and potential customers
• Prepare, develop and conduct sales presentation for customer
• Assist Sales Manager in planning, creating, executing and developing sales promotion plan and activities to achieve sales target
• Follow internal processes, including roster duties at sale galleries & show units
• Follow up closely on after-sales matters, including sales documentation, customer complaints and handover
• Support on sales agents related matters to achieve overall sales target (where assigned)
• Support on management of sales galleries, show units and sales office (where assigned)
• Weekly/daily reports on sales activities
• Conduct customer surveys and feedback where applicable

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in Sales position
• Experience in Real Estate & Hospitality industry will be an advantage but not required
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills relating well to customers and colleagues
• Highly motivated, results driven, with ability to work under high pressure to deliver targets
• Professional work ethic, including teamwork, integrity and problem-solving skills
• Confident and professional image aligned with the company’s positioning
• Disciplined in following internal processes and assigned duties (including on weekends and public holidays)
• Compulsory to submit CV with recent photograph
