Mô tả công việc

** ABOUT OUR CLIENT: A global company specializing in packaging solution for customers in dry food, beverages and non - food sectors. The company is headquartered in Europe and has manufacturing facilities in 9 countries and sales office in more than 15 countries around the world.
You will be responsible for sales and promotion of the companys standard products and bespoke development capabilities, identifying and developing target market segments and grow revenue in Vietnam.
Key responsibilities:
• Set up meeting with prospects and customers to identify their needs in terms of packaging
• Build strong business relationships with targeted customers and prospects
• Promote our standard products and bespoke development capabilities, eventually resulting in sales.
• Be the link between the customers and the companys R&D project managers for product development.
• Attend and assist in line trials at the customers
• Attend to all customer requests and complaints
• Report to regional management and Key Account Managers about market feedback, competitive landscape, i.e. pricing, quality, new product introductions, etc.
• Attend trade shows and conventions to represent the company and support Marketing efforts.
• Provide forecast to management of customers need.
• Develop multi-department / multi-level contacts at key customers.
• As the business grows, identify, develop and manage distributors to build a strong local support that will benefit all parties.

Yêu cầu công việc

This is the role made for candidates who are a true entrepreneur with the dynamism and passionate to be a pioneer and the representative of the company in a new market to set the first milestone for the company in business development and business growth in packaging industry in Vietnam.
You should hold Bachelor’s degree in business or science
You are local Vietnamese citizen OR other nationals with legal permit to work in Vietnam and can speak Vietnamese
You are fluent at English
You have minimum 5 years of sales experience in the packaging industry and have strong network with dry food manufacturers or beverages manufacturers
You possess own transport and willing to travel domestically and occasionally overseas (trade shows / company trainings / internal meetings)
You have good computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
You have strong interpersonal skills
You are result-oriented
You are motivated to work independently as well as a team.
