Mô tả công việc

*Direct supervisor: General Director
*Objective of the position: To bear responsibility for all Sales activities.
Duties and authorities:
1 Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results.
2 Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
3 Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
4 Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
5 Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
6 Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
7 Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
8 Maintains sales staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
9 Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
10 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
11 Generate monthly, quarterly, yearly Sales Report.
12 To report to General Director.

Yêu cầu công việc

1 University Degree, Good communication in English, commercial skills, Selling Tool steel Mould and Die or related experience knowledge, knowledge of Ms Office package preferred. Japanese or Korean is an advantage.
2 3-5 year experience.
3 Result-oriented, pro-active, independent, flexible, excellent social and communicative skills and representative, immune to stress.
4 Negotiation skills, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Developing Budgets, Staffing
