Mô tả công việc

Sales Managers
• Provide effective consultancy and advisory support to Sales Managers to analyse, plan and implement necessary sales resource requirements
• Perform other duties as requested by the Head of Commercial
Regional Office (Regional Sales Development Managers, Segment Directors, Sales Support, Training staff)
• Keep the Regional and Local Management up to date on relevant Regional Sales programme development within the country.
Country Sales Function:
• Support all Sales segments of the business i.e. National Customers, Relationship segment, Direct Sales segment, Multi-national customers, Global Customers Solutions, etc
Standardisation – Process, Tools, Technologies, Policies, Measures
• Standardise the Regional Sales Training Guidelines, Regional and Global Reporting requirements, Sales Recruitment Standards and Sales Targeting and Measurement.
• Ensure adherence to Global and Regional standardisation policies to ensure the Sales Processes and Systems are aligned across the region and globe
• Ensure that the Sales Pipeline from the system is correct and opportunities reflected in the Pipeline are a true reflection of country opportunity.
• Get correct situation and know comparative measurement with other countries / Data Quality
Implementation of Sales Capabilities Enhancement Programmes
• Ensure that the Sales programmes are properly implemented and are robust enough in their execution to ensure the programmes are successful and sustainable (full responsibility for the success of the Sales programmes within their country)
• Implement the Global Sales Process to all Sales people and ensure adherence to the standards and reporting requirements
• Implement the Sales Force Automation programs, with the assistance from a regional team, and ensure that all Sales people use the system on a daily basis to log in all sales activity required to ensure maximum value is attained from the system.
• Develop, drive, and track revenue generation via sales push programs
Periodic Reporting
• Constantly monitor the reporting system and advise the Sales Planning and Development Manager of any anomalies against standard.

Yêu cầu công việc

Degree in Business/Finance/Commerce/Accounting/IT
Minimum 2-3 years Sales Management experience at a supervisory level in MNC environment
Good English (both spoken & written)
Great data analysis & reporting
Excellent understanding of Sales processes and ideally a background in actual selling as well as an understanding of IT systems
