We are looking for a digital native. Passionate about all aspects of social from content creation to paid media and social analytics to join us in Vietnam as part of an emerging regional team, managing the forefront of the brand across multiple social platforms. The candidate will be specifically looking after the Vietnam market, feeding into our regional activity across SEA. You must be a fluent English and Vietnamese speaker, with an intermediate understanding of consumer behaviour, trends and social activity in Vietnam.
As part of the job, you are required to own implementation and maintenance of online social campaigns, as well as support on the wider strategy of the campaign. You’ll be in contact with audience through our social channels, developing and implementing Social Media strategies, managing community conversations and fostering community spirit.
• Develop strategies and programs that connect our brand and products to our users by creating conversations that spread
• Partner with various product marketing teams across regions to help shape programs that can elevate our social presence and deepen our user connection.
• Create and manage workflows and processes needed to scale centralized resources globally.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4 years of relevant experience in social marketing
• Extensive experience on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (any other local platforms), chat apps
• Strong copy writing skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Account management experience
• Excellent time management skills
• A creative thinker with a strategic approach to content planning
• Social media reporting experience
• 3+ years of building social presence for a global or local major brand
• Track record of building social momentum for brands and demonstrating impact of social marketing programs against business goals
• Experience working with social listening tools
• Experience working with social media management tools
• Experience with social media buying, from planning to implementation
