• Understand and love what we do, and transmit that enthusiasm to the candidate
• Work with the team to create robust Job Descriptions
• Suggest improvements to Marketing to ensure a good social media presence for candidates
• Use multiple recruiting sources and advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates
• Source passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, communities, etc.
• Attend diversity focused technical sourcing events.
• Screen, interview, evaluate candidates, and coordinate interviews with requester
• Maintain good relationships with each candidate and keep a list of high potentials
• Manage the End-To End recruitment process including smooth on-boarding and successful integration into the team.
• Implement best practices to improve the recruitment process
• 5+ years of experience in Recruitment of which at least 3+ in a Tech company, ideally a start-up.
• Good interpersonal skills; communication (both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English) and negotiation skills
• Positive “can-do” attitude & team player & always ask when you don’t know
• Independent problem solver (find solutions even if lack of experience / knowledge)
• Very Organized
• University Education
• Fluent in English, Vietnamese, both written and spoken
• Love beer, food is a plus
