Mô tả công việc

RMS (Retail Measurement Service) is to measure performance of categories and clients, mainly in FMCG industry to understand category market size and growth potential, manufacturer/ brand market share and key performance indicators in terms of distribution, consumer support and retailer support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
GCD (Global Client Delivery) mission is to provide client effective services and modernize the customer experience. Be a manager, you will manage a team of 3-4 associates and a set of accounts, including multinational, local giants and SMEs (Small-Medium Enterprises) businesses. The success is visible by the efficiency and effectiveness of resolving client queries to satisfaction and client satisfaction against delivery of existing contract and clients’ propensity to renew contract.
Account Management
- Implement client service model with clear servicing and engagement plan
- Enhance client satisfaction via quality presentation and communication with quick response to client queries
- Identify potential revenue opportunities through on-sites discussion and presentation analyses to collaborate internally with - Sales partners
People Management
- Utilize the Competency and Individual Development Plan to assess performance objectives, competency lists and development plans for direct reports
- Implement training plan to ensure that associates are able to grow and demonstrate mastery of required competencies in their jobs and deliver desired performance level
- Provide support, recognition, and feedback to assist associates in achieving the performance expectations and standards
Transformation & Change Management
- Deploy work transformation with full compliance amongst team and track capacity created

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements:
- Nielsen is looking for at least 4-years experienced candidate with at least 1 year in people management.
- Bachelor/ Master Degree from all backgrounds
- At least 4 years of experience in relevant field which required communication and analytical skills (eg. account management, client servicing, business/ market analyst, etc.)
- Good at communications & presentation skills in English and Vietnamese
- Have client centric mindset is a must
