RESPONSIBILITIES
* Pre-Sales Phase
• Meet with Architects / Facade Consultants / Investors / Main contractors to build relationships and to achieve strong SCHÜCO presence within the respective sales area. Convince Architects and Investors of Schueco’s superior quality and functionality;
• Run training and presentations to Architects / Facade Consultants / Investors / Main contractors on SCHÜCO system;
• Identify and qualify opportunities with architects and subsequently generate leads / enquires by specifying Schuecos systems in Project Tender;
• Take the lead with existing network partners (Fabricators) to meet with the end customers, decision makers to identify and qualify opportunities and put together the tender proposal;
• Keep up to date project data and all project enquiries and progress using CPS system;
• Expert advisory service for architects in early design stage with technical solutions and by consulting commercially for budgeting purposes in close cooperation with the Schueco back-office;
• Permanently scan the market for interesting projects and gather data in Schueco data base;
• Development of project specific solutions and coordination of in-house design process in close cooperation with architect. Gather and submit all design relevant project data necessary for internal design process.
* Sales Phase
• Lead business planning with existing fabricators to meet Turnover plans;
• Responsible for achieving turnover and increase market share target through establishing new customers’ base;
• Keep close working relationship with existing and potential partners and organise trainings on SCHÜCO systems update and enable the partners to sell and specify effectively;
• To support network partners to ensure smooth order processing and all commercial transactions with regard to supplying the material.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Degree in architecture/civil/mechanical engineering or related qualification with ability to handle commercial transactions;
• Minimum 3 years experiences in dealing with channel partners and familiar with the construction industry in general;
• High service and customer orientation;
• Self-confidence, self-driven, target oriented, team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skill;
• Attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects of responsibility;
• Good command of the English language;
• Good relationship to major architects and investors;
• Capacity for teamwork, strong company commitment, target oriented;
• Willingness to travel.
