Assistant Finance Manager (Hospitality)

• Keep control over all hotel accounting and finance to ensure all functions are being performed accurately, on a timely basis and according to hotel standards;
• Provide financial guidance in the formulation and implementation of Strategic Plan, Budget;
• Design, implement and evaluate hotels’ procedures and policies complying with BRG Group procedures and policies;
• Review, evaluate and report annual budgets, monthly forecasts and performance results;
• Responsible for supporting and contacting General Director and Chief Accountant of member hotel companies in achieving the Groups strategic objectives;
• Provide strategic recommendations to Division Director;
• Advise on long-term business and financial planning;
• Responsible for Hotel Finance Audit;
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
