- Be responsible for shop channel’s target.
- Make monthly sales plan to push turnover.
- Give out sales strategy to develop the channel.
- Control and organize special programs.
- Control budget and expense of channel
- Make relating reports, especially sales analysis report
- Update daily sales and database related.
- Set-up System for Monthly Promotion and ASB/Activities nationwide
- Send announcement & allocation of monthly promotion to shops nationwide
- Send order products and & special promotion program to SCM nationwide
- Stock order and allocate/transfer nationwide
- Make monthly report settle of promotion program after closing sales date
- Do report of testing products nationwide
- Build up SOH (stock on hand) master list to ensure a healthy stocks (nationwide)
- Do analysis and specific reports by DS manager request (Sales focus)
- Plan and conduct Shop Activities monthly and tracking results nationwide
- Stationery ordering monthly nationwide
- Working record/OT monthly nationwide
- Parking Fee record monthly nationwide
- Register with Department of Industrial and Trade monthly (for HCM and send hard copy to Province)
- Working with Supplier for printing/ordering/POSM
- Working with Department Store to inform Promotion or registration
- Settle Expense
- Event/Closing/New Opening preparation
- Another tasks assigned by Sales Manager daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly
* Education background:
- High School with Experience/College/University
* Skill:
- Communication, sales
- System deep understanding to adapt quick action for pushing Sales by activities
- Stock understanding to allocate/transfer and build up the SOH to make sure stock healthy and increase Sell-through.
- Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PP)
- Data analysis
* Character:
- Dynamic, hard working and enthusiasm.
* Experience:
- Retail, Stock control, Sales Activities focus
* Knowledge:
- Sales/MKT/Administration
* Others:
- Male/Female, from 30 years old.
