- Coach HRO Executive Team (C&B team) and manage ongoing relationships with employees to ensure the Employees receives satisfactory support
- Analyze and evaluate external market data as well as customer data about the organisations current employee population and future human resource needs in order to develop salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the organisations reward strategy Maintain regular contacts with managers and ensure a comprehensive knowledge of current labor regulations, policy and procedure of compan.
- Design and perform all HR analytic reports such as headcount, attrition, budget, etc
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of reward professionals to ensure that the customers reward strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and that the organisation complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
- Lead C&B Team to make sure C&B system run smoothly and perfectly.
- Elaborate new C&B policies based on business growth and law. Compare with the labor market, the competitor to build-up good salary, benefits policy
- Effective inform employee about C&B policies and handle all of questions related to C&B policies and salary
- Review all process of C&B: payroll, annual 13th month bonus, annual performance bonus…policy
- Report: weekly report; monthly HR budget; monthly social insurance; Labor: PIT
- Provide training, coaching to HRO team member.
- Conduct training regarding to Company Policies and Procedure
- Other duties are assigned by Senior HR Manager
- At least 3 years experience in a senior C&B role
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field of study
- Understand knowledge of Human Resource Management, the relevant policies of labor law.
- Excellent in English is prefered.
