Mô tả công việc

1. Management all program and activity about Health-Safety-Environment (HSE)
- Hold HSE Internal Audit
- Monitor all task related to HSE
- As the key person prepare the assessment.
- Drafting HSE policy and procedure
2. Management security C-TPAT program
- Editing Security policy and procedure
- Monitor and ensure compliant C-TPAT program of all related departments
- Conducting Security internal audit
- Prepare document for the assessment and working with the auditor.
3. Social / Human resources monitoring.
(Working hours, Salary. Insurance. Benefits. Policies. Training. Etc)

Yêu cầu công việc

- Good communication skill and social skill, fluent in English, computer, priority on Garment fields
- Understanding of International Labor Code and applicable Labor laws of Viet Nam
- Over 1 years experiences in garment factory as compliance staff, environmental , Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Safety and related fields ...
- Knowledge on labor law and human resources
- Knowledge of Local Law, Compliance, HSE management, Management Systems, regulatory agencies and resources
