With the mission to Help Vietnam Eat Better and Live Better, Lixi Technologies currently own and operate two lifestyle platforms:
- (DDAU) was the first Food & Lifestyle review forum in Vietnam, established in 2010. As of 2018, DDAU is the second biggest community, helping millions of users to discover and review tens of thousands of F&B merchants in Vietnam.
- Lixi App is the e-commerce platform for services, established in 2018. Lixi offers multiple Online-to-Offline (O2O) services, including E-voucher, Cash Rebate, and Food Delivery.
As the Content Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for driving content objectives on both DDAU and Lixi platforms. You will be manage existing partnerships, secure, and launch new relationships to boost partner/user interaction.
− Play a leadership role in defining content objectives and driving alignment across Product, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
− Manage day-to-day operations, partner relationships and provide guidance and support in driving partner efforts across categories (Food, Beauty, Travel, etc.)
− Define, analyze, and communicate partner metrics and develop account plan presentations for Lixi management and partners.
− Oversees the planning, development and management of informational content produced by Lixi App.
− The balance of responsibilities in the post may vary over time. The post holder will for instance, support the work of the wider communications team – ensuring all key news, developments and announcements are communicated effectively online, and all content is accurate, up to date and compliant.

Yêu cầu công việc

− At least 2 years’ experience in digital communications with excellent knowledge and understanding of current digital communications trends and the wider digital landscape from within another App Mobile, F&B or Hospitality Client / Organization.
− Must have content management systems experience. Ensure all external feeds, tools and platforms are effectively integrated within the various.
− Project management skills and an ability to prioritize workloads in a busy environment are essential.
− Strong interpersonal skills and team working, the ability to develop and establish strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders is essential.
− Strong creative skills with experience of designing and creating social media and digital assets such infographics, videos and pictures.
− Flexible working environment with young and dynamic team.
