The Corporate Sales & Education Manager is accountable for sales profitable achievement and successful sales team management. He/she will focus on client-centric experience and lead the strategic and tactical direction in sales and education efforts within the affiliate. Manage all aspects of running the Sales and Education team operation to align with Global and Regional standard and compliances..
Description
- Sales Management
Must be able to prepare, manage and update sales and education budgets
Develop and manage action plans that will address target deficits.
Ensure proper management of stocks in strong partnership with Corporate Retail Operations Manager
Recommend new product needs and promotional strategies for Brands based on competitors activities and other industry sources.
Create and execute Top Door programs.
Promote effective use of display, testers, samples and other visual merchandising for both basic and promotional activities.
Compile sales statistics for analysis based on agreed cut-offs and timelines.
- Education Management
Schedules local training programs to support affiliate sales strategy and objectives; communicates and follows-up with affiliates Sales and Education team to maximize all training programs and presents training strategies to regional management.
Conducts regular store visits to identify the training needs in Customer Service, product knowledge, policies & procedures. Identify skill set improvement of Sales field force.
Effective leadership of Sales & Education team, provide guidance and work with Store / Counter Managers.
Contribute towards Consultant Retention Program by providing ideas / feedback
Responsible for staffs motivation, grievance and disciplinary issues
Work with Brands Marketing team to ensure proper execution of sales and marketing strategies.
Any other retail-sales related assignments, tasks, projects, assigned by Corporate Retail Manager and/or Country Manager in support of the corporate retail strategies
Profile
Retail Marketing qualification (preferably)
Experienced in managing a retail operations, preferably in the retail industry
 Excellent leadership skills in managing staff
 Experienced in Store building/ setting up.
 Business Finance understanding is also preferred
 Strong background in retail and/or brand management preferably in the cosmetics industry,
 Retail selling experience with solid understanding of retail operations management,
 Build/retail store construction management, real estate and expansion plans.
