Mô tả công việc

Due to the expansion of the British University Vietnam, we are recruiting:
Job title: Course Office Manager
Report to: Head of Registry and Student Services
Work location: Ecopark township
Job Objective:
Operational Supervising Course Office
Managing services for students and parents
Assisting the Head of Registry and Student Services in supervising other aspects within the department
Key responsibilities:
1. Course Office Manager and Student List
Manage course planning and preparation all programmes at least 2 months before commencement date, based on academic calendar; timetabling and academic planning in timely fashion. Ensure academic calendar of the University is planned for at least 3 years
Manage day-to-day course delivery to ensure classes running smoothly on schedule, timetable of students and faculty are updated and logistic is well prepared
Liaise with faculty, teaching institution partners to ensure academic policy and procedures are developed and well implemented
Ensure course materials of each semester to be updated, printed and stored in timely fashion.
Manage the team to keep accurate student’s information on system, including student’s number, students’ status of each programme over semesters, recording accurately students’ data and profile from the enrolment to graduation.
2. Student Services Management
Manage student services to ensure the excellent services are fully provided to students and parents with accuracy and in timely fashion, for example bus services, health insurance card, fee information, attendance report, academic result…
Ensure all teaching learning facilities are kept maintained, plan for future expenditure required to facilitate teaching
Ensure feedback system is maintained and developed, such as student feedback, course feedback, Students Staff Liaison Committee meeting, NPS score. Report issues or potential risks to the Chief Academic Officer and Head of Registry and Student Services and follow up with stakeholders to solve the problems
3. Other tasks
Ensure staff and resources utilisation are optimized. Allocate tasks and resources to ensure the good team performance, work balance among the team, report any potential risks to senior managers.
Maintain the good relationship with University partners. Develop and coordinate the schedule for guest visit.
Accurate weekly and monthly admission and progression record to Chief Academic Officer and Head of Registry and Student Services.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor/Master degree
Knowledge of and experience in Academic Operations is a must
Strong experience in project management, operation management
Experience in international education institutions
Managing people
Planning and Organising plans ahead
Resource management
Risk management
Strong mind-set of meeting deadline and be able to set doable deadline for team.
Good at doing multiple tasks and detail oriented.
Able to work under high pressure
Excellence English in both oral and written skills.
Computer literacy – MS office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Get along easily with software in education.
