POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a high-performing Customer Development Manager to drive the B2C business to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. He/she will be responsible for maximizing our team potential, designing and implementing the strategic “customer development” plans that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. As the manager, he/she will take charge of recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of whole team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve growth and hit targets of customer base and revenue by successfully managing and co-ordinating the admission and marketing team.
- Design and implement a strategic customer development plan, including admission channels, promotion scheme, merchandise trading, existing customer retention and new customer acquisition.
- Build and promote close customer relationships by understanding the needs, level of each students.
- Prepare and present regular tracking system, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
- Co-ordinate with Program and Operation team to schedule the class calendar, open new class location, customize the product when needed, organize tournament, camp on business purposes.
- Carry out market research from time to time and open for new business opportunity/ technology application
- Implementation of SSA standards.
- Track and monitor overall Marketing effectiveness and performance
- Represent SSA in a professional manner on and off the field
- Ensure the timely and effective completion of tasks and activities.
- Ensure “best practice” processes across all areas of responsibilities.

Yêu cầu công việc

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree or equivalent in Sales or Relationship Management, a bonus in Education & Training field
- A track record of reaching sales targets, and building a strategic plan to do so
- Good command of English.
- Managing processes
- Market knowledge and a willingness to learn
- Developing budgets
- Mentoring and training staff
