- Build up process of Warehouse management: SLOB management, FIFO management, material handling, inflow and outflow practices
- Set 5S for warehouse, propose on layout, racking, infrastructure, and investigate the Warehouse conditions of customers
- Audit distributor warehouse to ensure the distributor warehouse to meet Unilever standard requirement for Warehouse
- Provide training sessions to CD team (Sales Sup & CE) for catering daily need of Warehouse management from customers
- Answer all queries, and consult customers on daily basis on Warehouse management for specific & technical questions
- Consult customer to build a warehouse to meet all requirement: maximize capacity, productivity, safety embedded in every process and operations, good layout, good warehouse conditions for material quality maintenance
- Create and manage all master data of customers in SAP
- Provide sufficient data related to customers (sales, volume, no of ship-to, address, number of liquidation and new set-up every year, contact point, etc...) whenever required from other functions and for analysis of higher level
