Mô tả công việc

1. Recruitment:
+ Ensures open positions are advertised in appropriate venues to attract a diverse candidate pool.
+ Networks with local organization and peers to source candidates for current or future openings.
+ Ensures interviews are conducted according to recommended guidelines, consistent screening criteria is used, and only job-related questions are asked.
+ Oversees the selection and offer processes for hourly employee to ensure proper procedures are followed.
+ Partners with department managers to recruit management positions, makes hiring decisions and negotiates job offers in accordance with company policy.
2. Compensation:
+ Ensures new hires and eligible associates enroll in benefit plans and communicates changes to the benefit plans in a timely manner, coordinates the annual enrollment process.
+ Assists HR Manager to set up scheme of various types of benefits available and eligibility requirements. Trains team to trouble shoot benefit problems associates may encounter and assists employees in resolving benefits related issues.
+ Assists HR Manager in providing an overview of employee benefits to the management team enabling them to educate their employee and answer routine questions.
+ Administers hourly wage scale and ensures compliance; conducts annual wage survey to ensure hourly rates of pay are competitive in the market; provides recommendations for adjustments to Human Resources Manager.
+ Oversees payroll administration.
3. Associate Relations:
+ Assists HR Manager in communicates company rules and regulations, the progressive discipline policy, Jardine CoC
+ Assists in identifying key drivers of employee satisfaction and supports managers in addressing issues with written plans and actions. Monitors and communicates progress against the plans to both management and hourly associates.
+ Conducts exit interviews on all voluntary separations (RSC and Store Management level), tracks and analyzes the results to identify trends and issues; shares information with HR Manager.
+ Assists with the administration of recognition programs for hourly and management associates, provides suggestions to improve existing programs or introduces new concepts to maintain associate interest and involvement.
4. General Affair:
+ Ensures associate files contain required paperwork (e.g., employment application, reference checks, tax forms, Information Protection Agreement, job description), are properly maintained, and secured.
+ Ensures terminated associate files are retained for the required length of time.
+ Assists to develops and maintains property job specifications.
+ Supports the maintenance of the Human Resource Information System in accordance with Human Resources Standard Operating Procedures.
+ Ensures proper documentation of all progressive disciplinary action is kept in associate file.
+ Ensures performance evaluations and merit increase paperwork are maintained in associate files.
+ Ensure all expatriate managers have valid working permit/visa and keep track of it’s expiry.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education / Training Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree.
+ Human Resource Management Certification Preferred.
Experience:
+ At least 5 years working experience in human resources area in which 3 years in the position of supervisor.
Knowledge / Skills / Personalities:
+ Strong knowledge of workforce analysis.
+ Strong event planning skills.
+ Have problem-solving; communication; organization skills.
+ Effective decision making skills.
+ Strong knowledge of labor relations.
+ Strong knowledge of labor law.
+ Knowledge of overall restaurant operations is a plus
