- Track, review, and summarize periodic reports from all Business Units and Functional Departments.
- System Architect - Business Process Management: prepare/ re-design document, contribute ideal to BA team in order to standardize business process related to business process, user profile, projects,... and detect exception
- Key contact point among internal resources, third parties/vendors and Outsourcing company for the flawless execution of projects
- Support CTO in doing strategic roadmap for DSS
- Research and compile briefings on general economic trends, macro-economic conditions, industry information, specific companies and topics for the CTO prior to travels and meetings. Provide data analysis and advise situational analysis where applicable.
- Provide extended support to Group Executive Committee members as needed.
- Prepare/ Create and standardize documents related to business process, user profile, projects,....
- Maintain a strong communication channel between the CTO and relevant parties especially with digital tech partners
- Collaborate with Internship team to deliver the Research about new innovative solutions
- Assist the CTO to prioritize his agenda and all subsequent follow-ups.
- Ensure that meeting agendas and minutes are prepared for all meetings attended by the CTO.
- Ensure proper follow-up and execution of the CTO’s instructions and mandates.
- Other relevant tasks TBD.
- Bachelor or Master Degree - Degree in Information system, Technology is prefered
- At least 2 years of working (Must), especially in Technology field
- Having Technical documentation experience - Business Process Management
- Good knowledge and catch up new technologies
- Prior work experience as assistant to C-level executives.
- Project management skills

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to deal with ambiguous situations
- Good at Writting and speaking English
- Problem solving skills (Must)
