Mô tả công việc

***Job Purpose
Responsible to achieve sale target, according to company policy to develop Food and Flavor Business.
***Key Responsibilities
1) Selling Food and Flavor ingredients
- Operate Food and Flavor sales in responsible customers/ areas
- Response to customer requirement and establish good relationship with high potential clients/ Key customers.
- Price Offering with company pricing structure, which agree by management.
2) Reporting
- Submit Food and Flavor Request and Food and Flavor sample delivery request as per requirement from customer.
- Provide correct information of customer feedback of our sample submission, in order to adjust/improve our product to meet customer requirement.
- Follow up with customers for progress of each projects.
- Provide sales report to Supervisor
- Monitoring stock and Handling purchase order, with approval from direct supervisor.
- Provide sales forecast periodically to supervisor
3) Self-Development
- Contact supplier to check for information according to customer inquiry, and gain experience as on the job training.
- Ability to develop presentation and present to group of customer with support of presentation copy from supplier.
- Attend training to develop working efficiency.
4) Others
- As per assignment from supervisor.
** Working Relationship
- Research & Development: Monitoring and follow up project request till success and response to any inquiry
- SUPPLIER: Follow up modification request, sample, document or information according to customer inquiry.
- Purchase: Coordinate sales purchase and follow up.
- Logistic: Coordinate for stock and delivery.
- Customer: Handling customer compliant, coordinate about product delivery and purchase.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor Degree in Food Science or related field.
***Professional Experiences
Working experience 3- 5 years, which 1-2 years in sales function.
***Key Competencies
- Coordination and social skill
- Product offering & sell skill
- Good Communication for both social and scientific knowledge.
- Well organize for high amount of data/information from high number of customer projects
