Position: F&B Manager Level: 2
Business Unit: La Sinfonía De Rey Hotel & Spa
Department: F&B
Job Family: Food & Beverage
Report to: Hotel Manager/CEO
I- JOB SUMMARY
• To ensure the smooth running of the Food & Beverage Department and achieving KPIs results set.
• Supervision of F&B operations, including staff and rostering, preparation of checks, stock control, and communication with relevant departments. Be responsible for ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and maximum average check.
• Work closely with Human Resources to ensure all training requirements are met and maintain a formal training program. Ensure staffing levels are sufficient to meet current levels of business activity. The F&B Manager will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.
II- JOB SPECIFIC TASKS
1. Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
2. Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
3. Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
4. Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
5. Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
6. Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
7. Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
8. Comply with all health and safety regulations
9. Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
10. Up selling food & beverage & other hotel service to increase hotel revenue
11. Other tasks assigned by Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

• Proven food and beverage management experience
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
• Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
