Mô tả công việc

- Act as single point of the contact for the employees and managers of the respective division/function
- Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes at the client’s side
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Drive various HR Projects cross-functionally
- Build a strong business relationship with the internal clients
- Recruit talents for the internal client including screening, selection, offer management as well as onboarding activities
- Drive talent management strategies for area of responsibility
- Drive yearly performance appraisal and performance and potential review process
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
- Design succession plans for key talents and key positions
- Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs and follow up on agreed on implementation of development actions
- Drive annual increment process and provide guidance to managers on compensation matters
- Analyze trends and metrics in order to reduce turnover, sickness rate and increase retention and propose suitable counter measures
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees
- Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters
- Analyze trends and metrics in order to reduce turnover, sickness rate and increase retention and propose suitable counter measures
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Coach junior team members to become HR BPs if needed

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or similar
- Minimum of eight to ten years of work experience, whereas at least three years of work experience in an MNC required
- Strong local labor law knowledge
- Experience in expat management
- Fluent in written and spoken english
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management and change management experience
- Strong business acumen
- Very good time management and priorization skills
- Analytical and pragmatic problem solver
