Mô tả công việc

A. Purpose
HR Strategy Development Officer is to assist Deputy HR Manager/ HR Manager in developing HR strategies
B. Responsibility
* Assist Deputy HR Manager/ HR Manager to develop strategies related to Human Resource Management such as succession plan, budget plan, career development plan, recruitment plan, Manpower Plan, Company Culture, Leadership, Organizational Structure, Employee Relation and so forth.
* Work with HR Consultants in specific field to develop short-term and long-term strategies under direction of Deputy HR Manager
* Give support to Deputy HR Manager in coordinating with other teams to deploy strategies effectively
* Participate in making plan and developing HR Projects to ensure that Project activities are practical and feasible in the company
* Follow up implementation of strategies and keep Deputy HR Manager updated about status on a timely basis
* Assist Deputy HR Manager in discussing with teams and relevant departments to have deeper understanding about difficulties and challenges in specific aspects to make strategies more practical
* Perform other tasks as assigned by Deputy HR Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Educational Level: University graduated or higher
2. Work Experience: Min 5 years’ experience in HR/C&B works in foreign joint venture company;
3. Specialty/Qualification:
* Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Law, Accounting…or higher
* Experience of working or liaising with international company / organizations
* Proven experience in HR works
4. Skills:
* Good communication skills, including cultural sensitivity and discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive information
* Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Good problem solving skills;
* Good decision making skills
* Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
* Excellent HR local Law knowledge
* Other working skills such as planning, reporting is preferred
5. Competency:
* Common: Challenge; Inter-personnel; Professional skill, Knowledge; Decision-making, Judgment; Negotiation.
* In particular: Achievement orientation; Planning, Creativity.
