THE JOB BRIEF
As HR Business partner, this position leads and manages the people management related agenda at the
assigned internal clients. The position leads the change management projects and manages the HR related
internal and external communication. The position does not act as the HR Consultant; the position shares the
responsibility for the goals and targets delivery.
This position identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees.
The position identifies employees ready for the promotion and rotates best talents across different functions
in the organization.
The position is a member of the management team of the internal client, and actively supports discussions
and transfers best practices from different functions in the organization. The position takes over the
leadership in the people management area and acts as the facilitator for the management team.
We focus into 4 areas: (1) Engagement; (2) Change Management; (3) Succession Planning; (4) Labor Relations
Main Responsibilities of HR Business Partner:
● Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
● Proactively supports the delivery of HR practices and processes at the client’s side
● Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
● Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client
● Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
● Closely works with the TA team to recruit personally the key talents for the internal client
● Facilitates the management team to bring the best solutions for employees
● Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
● Designs and maintain organization charts as the performance of the business unit improves
● Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions
● Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes
● Acts as the member of the HR Management team and closely with HR colleagues, both in the country
and regionally.
L&D responsibilities:
● Implement learning & development programs to support the business needs and employees’
development needs
● Conduct training need analysis, identify and implement suitable programs to address the training gaps of
the company
● Take part in development and execution of career development programs and succession planning for
employees in coordination with the division heads
● Facilitate corporate training programs
● Organize company’s learning and development activities and ensures that plans meet current and future
organization and associate needs

Yêu cầu công việc

Key Required Skills:
● Bachelor Degree (in Human Resources, Business Management...)
● Excellent communication in Vietnamese and English, spoken and written
● 5 - 7 years of experience in Human Resources in various roles in HR
● Team Player & Hands-on
● Project Management and Change Management Skills
● Strong Time Management Skills
● Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
● Labor Law Knowledge Skill
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
● Master’s Degree
● 5-7 years of experience in Organization and Human Performance Development,Human Resources
Management, Organization/ Process Improvement, Compensation Management, and/ or Learning &
Development in any related business;
● Critical and strategic thinking
